The leaflets of carbon fiber radiolucid allow an optimal view of the structures of the vertebral body. Fiber optic lighting illuminates the surgical field to expand the depth, and the wedges of expansion allow a retraction of soft tissues.
The arm strong and sturdy maintains the orientation of the retractor and the wedge back and the pin-pin wedge to further secure the position of the valve.
The angulation of the blade cranial / caudal independent of 15° provides an exposure distal additional.
The 3rd Leaflet independent, and the 4th offer flexibility, anterior / posterior attachment points allow the retraction of anterior or posterior.
